Due to an unexpected emergency with Amtrak, I needed to drive to Newark airport instead. My daughter found this place which had room for me with little notice. When I arrived, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was immediately shuttled to the airport and was in time for my flight. Upon my return three weeks later, I called for pickup. A few minutes later Abdul called me and told me which van to look for and how long it would be before he arrived (5 min). When we got back to the lot, they had already pulled my car upfront, all ready to go. My car was in excellent condition. Everyone I encountered was super kind and professional. My daughter, who found the lot for me, also said they were very helpful on the phone. Highly recommend. Would use again.

This was the best shuttle I’ve ever received. They were in complete contact with me until my driver arrived. The driver Abdul was very helpful and assisted me with my bags to my car as they were extremely heavy. He was also very polite which is rare. Confusingly, you’ll see a couple different names for this service provider (like Pacific Lot) and Google Maps isn’t that clear. This is a scrappy crew running a lean business, but they were pretty thorough confirming my claim number and were prompt on the phone. And the shuttle was comfortable.If you’re looking at these guys you already know it’s going to feel budget. And it did. But I’d use them again.
